Great Stay with Friendly Staff
Our two-night stay was enjoyable thanks to the attentive staff. Jordan and Bradley at the front made navigating the area easier, and Mike at the bar entertained us with his humor. For a great meal, avoid the crab cakes. the Polar Bar's ambiance is worth a visit, though!

Comfortable stay with a cool vibe
Had a solid experience! The staff were super friendly, and I appreciated the free coffee and tea. The room was clean and cozy, really liked the decor. The bar area had good drinks, though prices were a bit steep. Only thing I didn't love was the location. getting around can be tricky due to the hills.

Splendid digs with a classic touch! Enjoyed the lovely renovations and the squishy bed—perfect for melting into after a long day. Plus, it’s a hop away from all the fun spots.
However, I’d suggest giving those sirens a new tune and perhaps finding a better view than the trash heap next door. Seriously, a landscape photo would’ve been nicer while I 'reflected'.

The room was spacious, with a comfortably soft bed that provided a great night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which included sweet rolls and fresh fruit, keeping it simple yet satisfying. The lounge area had a delightful old-world feel, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day.
The photo of Sophie Tucker staring at me as I used the toilet was slightly unsettling. Maybe replace that with a landscape or something :)

Had an amazing time with friends at this historic gem! The room was spacious and we loved exploring nearby sites like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Staff went above and beyond for us, especially at the bar where we enjoyed a fun night. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use some improvement.
We had a frustrating experience with a rude bartender during our stay. It really put a damper on our evening.

The lobby bar had a great vibe. I enjoyed the spacious room with nice decorations. The bed was extremely comfortable. The valet service was friendly but slow during peak times. The location is fantastic, close to Pioneer Square. However, breakfast options were limited and could use a refresh. I had some issues with the hot water, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is lovely and has a lot of potential, but the service could be more efficient.
